This term my group of 4 made this project.  Our inquiry investigation question was how much waste can be composted. First, we used the internet to research our topic.  Then we constructed this project. I had to rip the paper and did the tape We used paint,tape,paper and scissors. The easy thing about my our project is when we were painting the box. The difficult thing about our project is when it was really hard to do the mountain.  This project helped me understand by making it easier to do when you already know. I would like to investigate how many segments does worms have.

Prototec T3W10

Today I have improved because last week I had 50% ad now I have 60% now on my basic facts.
I have improved because at home My dad always tells me to do some maths. Next I would like to learn how to do decimals.

Prototec T3W9

Today I have improved because I had 55 on stage 7 and

now I have got 62% on my other basic facts. I have

only started doing my basic facts last week and I had 23% percent

but now I am getting higher and higher

on my basic facts. Next I would like to learn how to change the

percent into a fraction.

Tessellation

Today I had finish off my tessellation. It was really fun to do it but I had to do it in both sides. It was really easy because I only needed three colors and I had to color it in like how I colored my papers. The one with the whale is green,blue and pink and the one with those patterns is red,orange and green. It was really fun fun to color. The next thing I would like to learn is symmetry. The tessellation is usually used in egypt  like a sign.

Hot And Cold Art

Today I have finished my cold and hot Art. In my art I colored the bird cold colors. When I was coloring I had to do lines so I colored in the lines. At the outside I was coloring  the outside with the hot colors and then when I was finished I showed Mrs Ramkolowan.

Strand in term 2 is 2B and now 4B= Improved
Number in Term 2 and now 3A=Improved

I feel happy because I have improved and now my score is above my curriculum level.

Prototec T3W8

This week I did not improve because I

have 60% on my last weeks one and I now got 42%.

I did not improve because I wasn't at school for one week

cause I was sick and I had appointments. Next week I

really hope I could improve my basic facts and get 95%.

Maori Language Week

After lunch we came in class and we had to greet our teacher a maori greeting because it was maori language week and when we had to do work we were playing maori games which were really fun because we get to learn new languages every week. When I was playing I usually get them right every time  and I was really shocked.
